When setting your weekly goals, aim for a sweet spot—challenging enough to feel meaningful, yet small enough to feel achievable. Goals that are too ambitious can feel overwhelming, while those too small may lack the motivational spark. A great approach is to set one goal you’re confident you can reach, and another that’s a bit more ambitious. Celebrate every step forward—each counts!

Can I join mid-season?
For the first season, enrollment is closed once the season begins.
This helps keep expectations clear and ensures everyone starts with the same shared understanding of the structure and rhythm. If you’re interested but arrive after a season has started, you’re very welcome to join the waitlist for the next one.
Future seasons may offer more flexible entry points, but for now, starting together is part of what makes the experience supportive and sustainable.
Is participation mandatory?
While we encourage active participation to get the most out of our resources, it is not mandatory. You can engage at your own pace and comfort level, ensuring a stress-free experience.
That said, it is important to attend the kickoff meeting so you can learn how to use our tools. The midpoint and wrap up sessions are also important as they allow you a natural point to reflect back on your achievements and make adjustments to your plans.
